Sranda Trent Obituary

TRENT, SRANDA Sranda Trent, age 52, better known as Sandra, slipped quietly into eternal rest on September 22, 2010 after a brief illness. Daughter of the late Morris R. Trent Sr. and Nannie A. Trent. Sandra attended Uconn and graduated from Gateway Community College. Sandra retired from Yale University after 20 plus years of service. Sandra leaves to rejoice in the Lord, her long time friend and fiancee' Mr. Ronnie Zackery; brother, Morris Trent Jr.; sisters, Mattie Bonner (Barry), Gail Mercer (Stephen Sr.), and Paulette Trent-Smith (Charles); nieces, nephews, and her special great nieces and great nephew. Funeral services will be held in Pennsylvania on Sat., Oct. 2, 2010 at: Second Baptist Church, 246 Highland Avenue, Wayne, PA, 19087 (9-10am viewing), (10-11am service). A memorial service will also be held on Sat. Oct. 16th, at 3:30 pm at Community Baptist Church, 143 Shelton Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511.
