Thomas Raucci Obituary

Raucci, Thomas J. Thomas J. Raucci, 88, of Branford passed away October 6, 2011 at St. Raphael's Hospital. He was the husband of the late Cecile A. "Cheech" Frangipane Raucci. Father of Patricia (James) Wallace, Daniel Raucci, Thomas (Patricia) Raucci Jr. & Sheila Raucci. Brother of Theresa Zito, Patricia Stoneking, Lucille Bianco, Vincent Raucci, Mary Barbieri, Eleanor Cappetto & the late Pat Raucy & Phyllis Snow. Also survived by four grandchildren & six great grandchildren. He served in the U. S. Army during WWII and retired from the New Haven Railroad. Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30 at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. His funeral procession will leave the funeral home Wednesday morning at 10:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Lawrence Church at 11:00. Dear Danny and Raucci family,
My deepest sympathy to you all during this time of lose, I have several great or hysterical memories of Thomas at Danny's expense I may add. He will be dearly missed by me and i'll cheerish the times I have in my memories. God has opened his home and taken another angle to look down upon us. He was a wonderful Dad and a great friend.
