TRAVIS DENT Obituary

DENT, TRAVIS LAMAR Travis Lamar Dent passed away peacefully on November 11, 2016 after a long illness. Travis was born February 11, 1982 in New Haven, CT. Travis is survived by his loving parents, Anita Horne and Robert Dent, his devoted sister, Latara Dent and his paternal grandmother, Sarah Dent. Travis attended James Hillhouse High School and was a dedicated employee of Jimmy’s Clothing store for many years. Travis loved basketball and video games. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Eleanor Johnson and his paternal grandfather, Cephas Dent. A memorial celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Shiloh Baptist Missionary Church, 100 Lawrence Street, in New Haven at 2:00 PM.
