Wesley Murphy Obituary
Wesley Lee Murphy expired on February 6, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital. A ceremony of celebration will be held Wednesday February 14, 2018 at Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church located at 1324 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Services will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Calling hours will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Beaverdale Memorial Park. I am so very sorry to learn of Wesley's passing. My son, Gino, who attended high school with him states, "He was one of the nicest persons around. I never heard him swear or disrespect anyone. He was always so pleasant and offering help when he could. He was really one of the greatest kids I knew. When he and his family moved into the neighborhood, I spent time with him making him feel welcomed to the neighborhood. I am truly sorry over his death and offer my sincerest condolences." I remember Wesley as always offering to help me when he would see me in the neighborhood. He mowed my lawn several times and always offered to do extra if something additional needed to be done. He was very respectful at all times. I offer my heartfelt condolences to his family. I will always keep him in my prayers that God will grant him eternal peace and rest.
