Beverly J. Heater

GREEN - Beverly J. Heater, 83, of Green Township, passed away on Sept. 3, in Newton. Born Feb. 22, 1934, in Wysox, Pa., Beverly was the daughter of the late John H. and Lizzy J. Hawley Steele Sr.
Mrs. Heater was previously employed for 21 years as a packer with M&M Mars in Hackettstown. A longtime resident of the area, Beverly was a member of the Tranquility United Methodist Church, in Tranquility; Blue Ridge Post No. 164 American Legion, in Hackettstown; and the Tranquility Cemetery Association, as well as the Sussex County, New Jersey chapter of the Red Hat Society.
Mrs. Heater is survived by her loving son, Dale Durling Sr. and his wife, Gail, of Andover; beloved grandchildren, Dale Durling Jr. and his wife, Veronica, and Renay Grover and her husband, Dan; and great-grandchildren, Dale Durling III, Ryan and Lauren.
Visitation will take place at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, from 10-11 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 9. Funeral services will begin at the end of the visitation.
