Lynne A. Cartwright

BYRAM - Lynne A. Cartwright, 50, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at Compassionate Care Hospice.

Born in Wayne, Lynne lived in Hackettstown before moving to Byram Township in 1991.

Lynne was a graduate of Wayne Hills High School and the Katherine Gibbs School. She worked as a communications coordinator for the Grace Church on the Mount in Ledgewood for the past nine years. Lynne also started her own company, Faces by Lynne, doing cosmetics for weddings and special occasions.

Lynne was active in Grace Church, serving on the Worship Team and Bible Study Group. Her family will remember her as a loving wife and mother who loved to sing and praise God with her voice and tambourine during church services at Grace. She also enjoyed making others look beautiful by sharing her passion and talents for cosmetics while raising two wonderful children.

Lynne is survived by her husband, Christopher Cartwright; one son, Evan Cartwright; one daughter, Samantha Cartwright; one sister, Robyn Abrams (Larry), of Mahwah; and her parents, George and Lucy Samborsky. She also is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 21, at the Grace Church on the Mount, 1500 Route 46, Ledgewood. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in the church.
