My dear friend Rita,

My heart is filled with sadness to hear the news of Stacey's passing. I remember watching our two girls laughing and playing together--and thinking how wonderful that our two daughters had formed such a tight friendship, just as we had back in our days at High Point. I cannot think of Stacey without picturing her glorious smile and that joyous little girl whose happy spirit was so contagious. I know she touched the lives of everyone in my family. I count myself lucky to have many beautiful memories of visits with Stacey and your whole family. I pray that you will find strength and comfort in your family, Rita. And I hope we can visit once I am back "home" in Sussex County.

Much love,
Judy Ackerman Meyers

Dear Rita, I have so many wonderful memories of Stacey and the great times we shared in Girl Scouts and on Culver's Lake at your home by the Causeway. I remember you took a party of friends from Frankford Twp to Burger King and to see the movie ET at Newton Theater. We used to dance in your living room too. You were a great mom. My sincerest condolences to you Rita. Love, Kim Meyers Shaw
