I didn't realize Mike had left us until my brother was asking about him. I knew him from when they lived on Toad Lake Rd. MISS their house & barn.

Phyllis, thinking of you and your wonderful family today. The memorial was an event. Really glad I came over but only a felled tree clear across the highway would have kept me away. My wife and I need to come over visit this summer. God bless the Simplot family.

Ohhhh, what a lovely obituary. It is how I remember Mike from years ago. He would come to my old farmhouse in Ellensburg and help with my big trees that needed trimmed and or cut down. We would visit and he was especially kind to my elderly mother. She liked him so very much and we had some mutual friends from the Monroe area. He cherished his wife and children. My heartfelt thoughts are with you, Phyllis, and your children and grandchildren. God Bless you all and my prayers are with you.
Sincerely, Sarah Nickel
