Armilda Leger, 69, of Dayton, Kentucky, passed away on December 21, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas. Armilda was born in Perry County, Kentucky on June 20, 1942 to Raney Begley and Sophie Couch. She worked as a homemaker and was a member of Point Pleasant Church of Christ in Hebron, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Leon Leger who passed away in 2007, and also preceded in death by her daughter Ethel Leger. Armilda is survived by her daughter Patricia "John" Kopp. Brother, John Begley - London, KY. Sisters, Lillie Stewart and Jessie Begley - Florence, Kentucky. She is also survived by 2 Grandchildren, John Kopp and Josh Leger, and 2 Great Grandchildren, Alexis and Brayden Leger. A visitation will be held from 4-8pm on Friday, December 23, at Cooper Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 9:30am on December 24 at Cooper Funeral Home, Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Condolences can be made at CooperFuneralHome.net.
