Cheryl Ann Wesley

Cheryl Ann Wesley, nee Cox, of Mason, Ohio was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She died June 23, 2021 at the age of 77. Loving wife of James D. Wesley. She was born to William and Mildred Cox on February 18, 1944. She is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Donna Clauve, Bonnie Thornburg, and Charles Cox. The mother of James "Jamie" Wesley and Kelly (Jay) Sullivan and "Mamaw" to Abbey, Margaret, Andrew, Corey, Liberty, and Jamie. She enjoyed dear friendship with her nieces and nephew, Tamara, William, and Jenifer. Cheryl was an avid collector of antiques and beautiful home decor. She also loved attending auctions with her husband. She was talented in the kitchen, best known for her sugar cookies. Cheryl and Jim created beautiful spaces together including their remodeled, historic yellow house in downtown Mason as well as a beautiful family. Cheryl will be remembered for her quick-witted one-liners, love for her family, and close relationship with her husband. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for July 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Crossroads Church Mason, 990 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of Cincinnati hospiceofcincinnati.org/donate or Hospice of Cincinnati P.O. Box 633597. Services are in care of Shorten and Ryan where condolences may be left for the family at shortenandryan.com
