Chull Park Obituary
Dr. Chull Park, age 87, passed away at home on Sunday morning, June 4, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Myosik (Hong) Park, his three children, Albert (Melissa), John (Nora), & Suzie (Nico), and his six grandchildren. He was a professor of Mathematics for 34 years at Miami University and enjoyed table and court tennis, summer road trips around the country, and later in life did tours with his wife and friends through Europe, East Asia, and Alaska, though home would always be his favorite place. Visitation begins at 9:30 am on Friday June 9 followed by Funeral Service at 10:30 am at Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford. Dr. Park will be laid to rest in the Oxford Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, Inc., P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597. Condolences may be sent online to:

I was looking for my old friends Suzie Park and knew about MR. park. . He sometimes wrote a letter to me in Korean at the end of Suzie´s English pen pal letters. And met my father when he visited for his seminars in Korea. Suzie! This is Chu Min Jung. Please drop the line when you see this message and I really feel sorry about your father's news.

Chull Park was my early morning court tennis partner for many years. Although he was years older than me, he was a fierce and capable competitor. I enjoyed our conversations before, during and after matches. I regret that my knees gave out several years ago and I no longer was able to play with him. He was often in my thoughts and I will miss him. My sympathies are with his family.
