James D. Sr., 86, of Monroe, died Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. He is survived by his sons, James D. (Beth) Crist Jr. & Thomas (Donna) Crist; daughters, Karen Crist, Susan Crist & Elizabeth (Jeff) Ferrara; sister, Sarah Barr; grandchildren, James D. (Christina Nicole) Crist III, Joe, Ben, Sam & Katie Crist, Gabby & Rachel Ferrara & Emily Moyers; and great grandchildren, Ella Crist, Bella & Logan Zielnski & James D. "Nash" Crist IV. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara A. Crist; parents; brother, John Crist; and sister, Phoebe Keene. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 330 Lebanon Street, Monroe with visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the church.
