Jeffrey Joseph Ziegler, 55 of Hamilton, Ohio formerly of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away on May 10, 2017 at Hillspring Nursing Home, Springboro, OH. Jeff worked at GBBN Architects, Cincinnati for 17 years. He was a member of St. Thomas Parish where he was a server and usher. Jeffrey was born March 20, 1962 in Fort Thomas, KY to Arthur Ziegler and Hilda Bechtol Ziegler.Survived by his Brothers, Gerald (Patricia) Ziegler, and James Ziegler, Sisters, Joyce (Norbert) Grothaus, Janet (Gary) Sogar, Joan (Patrick) Sheehy, and Jean (Howard) Russell. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.Visitation 8:30 am to 9:30 am, Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Dobbling Funeral Home, 106 S. Fort Thomas Ave., Fort Thomas. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 am Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, 26 E. Villa Place, Fort Thomas, KY. with Rev. Msgr. John R Schulte, officiating. Entombment will take place in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati, 644 Linn Street Suite 1128, Cincinnati, OH 45203 or to New Perceptions, 1 Sperti Drive, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017. jeffrey was a sweetheart with always a smile and a hug. He was kind and generous and always knew he was right because he was always the boss. I miss jeffrey's smile and his quick way to light up a room when he came into it. Rest in peace.

I was honored to know Jeff and to spend time with him when the family lived in KY. What a dear, kind man! May he be comforted by the fact that he was deeply loved by his family, and is now with Our Heavenly Father. He was a good man. My love and condolences to the family.
