Katherine Braukman Obituary
Bellevue - Katherine Diane Braukman, (nee Waltman), 84, of Palm Harbor, passed away on April 4, 2021 at her home in Palm Harbor, FL. Katherine was a long time resident of Palm Harbor, FL. and Bellevue, KY. She was a Homemaker. Katherine was very active in the American Brussels Griffon Association where she served on the Board of Directors for many years. She was also an active member of the AKC and spent nearly 55 years breeding and showing dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents Dutton & Marion Hewetson and her son Philip Braukman. Katherine is survived by her sons Jay (Nicky) Braukman, Jim (Megan) Braukman and daughter Dawn (Steve) Sheard, brother Al (Julie) Hewetson, sisters Becky (Rick) Hughes and Jannie (Bo) Weaver. Katherine will also be missed by her brother in law David (Melanie) Braukman Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Mother of God Church in Covington. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 pm Saturday. Masks are required for the visitation and Mass. Burial will take place in the St. Stephen Cemetery Ft. Thomas, KY. Memorials are suggested to any Humane Society. Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell serving the family. Online condolences can be given at www.dmefuneral.com.
