MOORE

Air Force Veteran, Staff Sergeant Michael Moore, passed away suddenly, June 20, 2017. Born November 2, 1986 to his parents, Air Force veteran Staff Sergeant Larry and Tammy (Key) Moore. Mikey proudly served and loved his country. The truest love of his life is his beautiful daughter, Brooklynn Ellen Moore.Also surviving, sister Brandy (Tony) Rekers, brother James (Kristen) Moore, niece and nephew, Lily and Tommy Rekers. Grandfather Howard Moore. Fiancée Katherine Helbig. Many aunts, uncles and cousins, who love and respect Mikey. Fellow service members, who are mourning the loss of their brother around the world and countless friends. Special dog, Ecko.

Preceded in death by his grandmothers, one Ellen McIntosh Moore.

Visitation will be at Cooper Funeral Home, June 25, 2017 from 4PM-8PM. Funeral service will be held at Cooper Funeral Home on Monday June 26, 2017 at 11AM. Burial will immediately follow at Alexandria Cemetery. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at any local PNC branch in the name of Brooklynn Ellen Moore Education Fund

There are no words... how do you say goodbye to someone who was ALWAYS full of life My son was your best friend, we thought of you and your family as our own family for 25+ years!

Such a GREAT young man, a loving partner to Katie, and a wonderful dad to Brooklynn. He had a smile that would make everyone else smile. I am remembering his big smile that he had when he got his first car given to him from his Uncle David Moore. You are greatly missed, Mikey.
