We moved into Paxton in 2001 and had no idea what to expect from our neighbors- and we couldn’t have had a more wonderful experience with the Kaestle’s and Norb. Norb was always right there to help me unload a truck full of building supplies, work in the yard or talk about fishing. He always kept an eye out for us and loved to play with our dogs- one he taught how to go back to our yard after playing catch. Will greatly miss Norb and look back on our years on Paxton very fondly. - The Brunners

We remember Norb passing bulletins at the start of every mass and helping with the nativity before his yearly trip to Florida. Prayers for comfort in your time of grief.

To me Norb was a First Responder. Can’t tell you how many times he helped me through some difficult outages. Great man and garnered such respect.

Norb was one of my favorites to work with. One if the smartest and most easy going guys. A real gentleman.
My sincere condolences to the family.

Sorry to hear that Norb has passed. I worked for Norb in the Test Department. He was the kind of boss I liked to work for! He was always cool, calm, collected and fair. He was also a good teacher when he was able to get back out in the field! The world lost another good person! Prayers!

Norbert was such a great neighbor on Paxton. He always was cheerful and ready to lend a helping hand. He knew everything and could handle any problem. I met Norbert in the mid 70’s when his mom was still alive. My son loved to walk their old dog. What a great guy.

My condolences go out to the family of Norb. I worked for Norb in the Test Department thru the 1980's. One couldn't ask for a better person to work for. He was instrumental in helping me move from substation operations into the Test Department. I will always be grateful to him for that. Again, my sincerest condolences.
