Richard "Richie" Lee Boles, 40 of Cold Spring died November 19, 2013 from an accident in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Born February 26, 1973 in Fort Thomas to William Boles and Beverly Penick Boles. Mr. Boles was a Tire Recycling Truck Driver for Rumpke Consolidated Inc., Cincinnati and a member of the Bellevue Vets, Dayton Eagles and East Dayton Baptist Church. Richie was preceded in death by his father William Boles, brother John Boles and nephew Stephen John Boles, Jr. Survived by his wife, Angela Johnson Boles of Cold Spring, KY., daughters, Sadie Boles and Katie Boles both of Cold Spring, mother, Beverly Penick Boles of Wilder, KY., brothers, Frank (Anita) Boles, Napoleon, KY., Charles Boles and Robert (Tonya) Boles both of Dayton,KY. and also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. Visitation Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 9:30am-12:30 pm at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 241 Fairfield Ave., Bellevue, KY. Funeral Service Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 12:30 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY. Memorials are requested to Started the Drive for 25 Inc., 4472 Mary Ingles Highway, Cold Spring, KY, 41076.

Richie, what can I say? You are a legend, an inspiration, a local philanthropist. You set the bar and left a legacy for the younger generations. You are an amazing father, friend, and husband. From all of us I just want to say thank you for everything. Thank you for being a protector if my friends and I as young kid. Thank you for showing me how great it is to be a positive role model to the younger guys. Thank you for showing me how great it feels to give back to my city and others and expect nothing in return. Thank you for allowing us all to be apart of your life and all the positive things you did. Thank you for getting us in check when needed and ALWAYS reminding us all the real reason we was at any of the fundraisers. Over all thank you for being you. We love and miss you Rich and you will NEVER be forgotten.

I always looked up to Richie. He has done so much for his city with fundraiser's and just getting all the guys together for a good cause. Our families go back generations and its not gonna be the same 4 me around that gym. He would call my brother Mike and I "The O'bannon brothers". And i would always look forward to hearing that from our brother Richie. We're gonna miss ya brother..

Angie,I am so sorry i knew Richie when he was a kid and seeing him at the Johnny alumni games remind me how cool he was and how good of a friend he was.
