Rita Whittle Obituary
Rita Schulte Whittle, age 79, of Wilder, began her final journey on Friday, November 20, 2015. Rita had a huge and contagious personality and loved to go anywhere and everywhere. She fought bravely the past eighteen months and decided it was time to "head to the beach". She leaves her children, Julie Lother of Ft. Thomas, Michael Whittle (Robin) of Arlington TX , Jay Whittle (Jane) of Homer Glen, IL, Amy Brophy (Paul) of Edgewood, and Todd Whittle of Monkton MD. Rita also leaves her brother Tom Schulte (Harriet) of Verona, who carried "the football" throughout her battle, and her dear sister Betty Schulte of Longmont CO. Rita, was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a niece and 3 nephews. Cooper, her devoted and spoiled pooch waits patiently to see her again. No Visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10:30 am at Saint Therese Church, 11 Temple Avenue, Southgate, KY 41071.
