PIERCEFIELD
Roy Joseph Piercefield, 76 of Erlanger, Kentucky passed away August 4th, 2015 at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. He was the owner/operator of Piercefield Corp. for 50 plus years. Survivors include his wife Jane Piercefield of Erlanger, daughters Tammy(Jim) Johnson of Alexandria KY, Alice(Danny) Hopperton of Walton KY, Betty(Rob) Heeger of Independence KY, son Roy Daniel(Katy) Piercefield of Erlanger, daughter April(Eric) Faris of Taylor Mill KY and brother J.T.(Mary) Piercefield of Ledbetter KY. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents E.D. and Eva Piercefield and brother Harry D. Piercefield. Visitation will be held Friday August 7th from 5pm to 8pm at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 8th 10am at Erlanger Baptist Church. Mausoleum entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger. Memorials may be sent to Lloyd Memorial High School Football Department 450 Bartlett Ave Erlanger KY 41018. I have always enjoyed the pleasure of his company on the golf course and all the many other times we shared. He was truly a good person and will be missed.
