Wilson Bray Obituary

BRAY

Wilson A. Bray, 88, of Grant's Lick, KY, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at home. Wilson was a farmer and a truck driver for Castellini and served in the Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grayson and Frances (nee Smith) Bray and two sisters, Beulah Rose and Evelyn Poe. Wilson is survived by his wife, Shirley Bray (nee Hafer); five children, Brenda Witham, Karen (Mark) Birdseye, Randy (Debbie) Bray, Allen (Denise) Bray and Andy (Katrina) Bray; siblings, Maurice Bray and Norma Foster. 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Grant's Lick Baptist Church, 941 Clay Ridge Rd, Alexandria, KY 41001 from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM. Interment with Military Honors at the Oakland Cemetery. Alexandria Funeral Home serving the family. Memorials are suggested to Grant's Lick Baptist Church.

I was Wilson's grandson Matthew Bray, he was a kind, loving, and humorous grandfather. Most people in the Campbell County area knew him through work or through church.
