Brother of Evelene Wingate and Medelene Elliott both of Pitkin, LA. Also survived by a sister-in-law Eva James of Pitkin, LA, 4 grandchildren, Lucretia and Thaddeus Garrett, Christopher Cappo and Jason Duhe' and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by 3 brothers. Age 91 years. A native of Pitkin, LA and a resident of Maurepas, LA. He was a member of Pine Grove Masonic Lodge, Ponchatoula, a 33rd degree and a Shriner. Service time at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales, LA. Interment in Whitehall Community Cemetery, Whitehall, LA. Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews. Arrangements by OURSO of Gonzales.
