To Ms Alice's family,I just learned of her passing. I am so sorry that I didn't get in touch with har after she left Mark Twain 2. She was always so sweet to my children,and my husband and I. She did not see color She was a true Christian woman and I know she has made heaven her home. Be blessed and always treasure your memories of her.

It is so sad to hear of Mrs. Alice's passing. Growing up on Dante St., how could you not know Mr. Buddy and Mrs. Alice. My memories of her and Mr. Buddy were always in the Oak St. Restaurant. Mrs. Alice in the kitchen and Mr. Buddy behind the bar. My first taste of a roast beef sandwich was on made by Mrs. Alice. DELICIOUS....I have never had another one that could come close to the way she made it taste. Starr and Susie my prayers are with you and your family. She had a long life.
