ALICE C. PARDEE

PARDEE, ALICE C. (Nee CHADWICK) 87 - of Ocean City, NJ passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at her home. Alice was born in Ocean City, NJ and remained a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Ocean City High School class of 1944 and Glassboro State College class of 1948. Alice worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Ocean City School District from 1948 until 1990. She was a 12 year member of the Cape May County Special Services School Board. Alice was an advocate for the disabled and a master at her profession. She was a woman of fortitude with a strong sense of family and a solid sense of purpose. She was respected and loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Surviving are her children, Sharon L. DiGiovanni and her husband Ronald of Seaville, NJ, Lawrence E. Pardee, Jr. and his wife Suzanne of Las Vegas, NV, Cheryl L. Pardee of Ocean City, NJ, seven grandchildren, Ronald Jr., Lauren, Megan, Carly, Kelly, Lindsay, Kyle, and three great grandchildren, Whitney, Darby and Eli.
