Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Edmund S. and Rose R. (McCullough) Kozak.
Anne was the manager of Tack's Sandwich Shop, Reading, for 28 years.
In addition to her husband, Anne is survived by her son, Senior Chief Petty Officer Brian S. Kidon, Active Duty in the Navy; daughters: Tanya K., wife of William Santiago, Mohnton; Katie L. Matetich; and Jenny L. Matetich, both at home; and grandchildren: Austin, Haley, Jayden and Elena.
She is also survived by her brothers: Ronald Kozak, husband of Judy, Miami, Fla.; Edmund A. Kozak, husband of Rosemary, Reading; and George Kozak, Reading; and sisters: Christine Clouser, Oley; Mary, wife of Grover Bennett, Reading; and Agnes, wife of Roger Mest, Birdsboro.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, Dec. 21, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Lutz Funeral Home Inc., Mt. Penn. Interment will be private. For online condolences, please visit www.lutzfuneralhome.com.

I have been following the messages in the guestbook for Ann. It is heartwarming to me that through this sorrow and grief I recognize names of friends that have been friends through all of these years.
And to Anns family; I can totally empathize, as I lost my wife of over 47 years two weeks before Christmas 2003.
