Arnold Williams Obituary

Arnold Joseph "Lem" Williams, a native of New Orleans, LA, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the age of 56. He was born on March 13, 1966. Arnold graduated from St. Augustine High School and received several degrees from Southern University of New Orleans and Loyola University. He was a retired New Orleans Police Department Lieutenant and a Corporate Security Specialist for Entergy Corporation. He also worked as a Certified Respiratory Therapist at New Orleans East Hospital, West Jefferson Hospital, and St. Bernard Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Hattie Bentley-Dunbar, wife Trena Williams, children Jasmine and Kaitlyn Williams; his brothers, sisters, and a host of other family members and friends. All family and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, July 9, 2022 for 10:00 a.m. at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church, 8282 I-10 Service Road South. Visitation will begin at 8:00 a.m. Interment is private. Due to COVID-19, the family requests that all attendees wear a face mask. Guestbook Online: www.anewtraditionbegins.com (504) 282-0600.
