Son of the late Luther David Jordan McElveen and Cecil Harris Watts. Brother of Lucrettera Landers, the late Carmen Lane, Althea McElveen, Noel Gus, Gladys and Henry Watts. Nephew of Emma McElveen. Grandfather of Adriana Watson. Brother-in-law of Willie, Valerie, Arthur, Diana and Sandra Smith, Rev. Jerome Smith, Violet Ann Smith Falkins and Gloria Smith Hurd. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, great-great-nieces and -nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
