Corp. Bernard C. Pritchett, Jr. U.S.M.C. (Ret.) passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 11:29 PM, age 83 years. Husband of Angelina Vinterella Pritchett. Father of Charles L. Pritchett (Kim) of Missouri City, TX, David J. Pritchett (Barbara), Eric C. Pritchett and Faith Anne Pritchett Stretch (Bryan Stretch, M.D.) of Natchez, MS. Son of the late Congetta Trentacosta Pritchett and Bernard C. Pritchett, Sr. Brother of the late Floyd Pritchett (Doris) and Donald Pritchett (Betty). Grandfather of Christofer C. Pritchett (Kim) of Toronto, Canada, Sean Michael Pritchett (Alicia) of Missouri City, TX and Sarah Stretch Cassagne (Richard) of Zachary, LA. Great-grandfather of Lillian Grace Cassagne. Also. survived by nieces and nephews. Bernard was the proprietor of Carrolton Home Beverages and served in the Korean Conflict where he received the Purple Heart. He held a 3rd degree belt in Judo. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Special thanks to the staffs of Canon Hospice, Quest (Cleary Ave.) and the Yenni Center. NEPTUNE SOCIETY OF NEW ORLEANS is in charge of arrangements.
