Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Billie was born Jan. 2, 1926, in Douglas, Ariz. She went to high school in 1940 and graduated at the age of 15. After high school, she went to work at Walls Manufacturing in Cleburne. Billie was then hired by General Dynamics in 1958 and she joined the IPEOU labor union and became a union official. She retired from General Dynamics in February 1970.
Survivors: Her husband, Sanders Cox; and all her immediate family members.
