To Yolanda, Ms. Jackie, Lil Bobby (Suave), Allen, Gia, Anita, Julie; I know your hearts are full and each day something will remind you of Bobby. Bobby was a great guy, and when he entered a room, his smile took over. The ceremony was beautiful, and the church was full; that's how many people loved Bobby. Boozer, as we called him will be missed by many, and you were my friend for over 30 years, and best friend to my brother in law Alan J. Cousin. Your crew will miss you dearly; Terry Brown (IMO), Vincent Lopez (Rooster), Glenn Davidson (Redbird), Gerald Merritt, and so many, many more. One of a kind and one of the funniest people that I have had the opportunity to know throughout my career and after. God's many Blessings!!!!

Little known fact......as a small child I was swimming in Lake Pontchartrain one day and found myself in deep water as a result of rip current....lucky for me my cousin Bobby was also swimming with us that day and he literally grabbed me and saved my life. Bobby insisted that we not tell anyone because we were not supposed to even be at the lake that day. Thanks cuz for being there. May you rest in peace.

To The Sardie Family;
Bobby was not only a student at St. Aug he was much more than that. As a player on the basketball and baseball teams, he was an outstanding example of a student athlete, dedicated and hard working, always giving 100 percent of himself for the team. I found him to be an outstanding human being. I was enriched to think that this was the type of young man that would be a part of St. Augustine's future. He made us all proud to know him.

Grant, dear Lord, that the soul of Bobbie J. Sardie, Sr. rest in Your eternal love and peace.
