FORTENBERRY Burnetta "Trice" Latrice Fortenberry, age 41, departed this life and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend her Home Going Celebration, Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 10:00am at Abundant Life Tabernacle, 1701 Franklin Avenue, NOLA. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the hour of service. Interment: Providence Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Johnson and son Roderick Fortenberry. Burnetta leaves to cherish her precious memories her 4 children, Kenneth and Darryl Fortenberry, Roland Smothers and Ariana Davis; mother, Deborah Fortenberry and father, Darryl Sumler Sr.; 3 brothers, Clay and Ayinde Fortenberry and Darryl Sumler, Jr.; 2 sisters Patrice Fortenberry McCrary (Dorian), and Claudia Williams; 3 grandchildren, Ash'Drika and Dreake Fortenberry and Kyrin Colbert and a host of other relatives and friends.
