I am with Alcoa corporate and had the pleasure to work with Carl on several projects over several years. I was deeply saddened to hear about his passing. Carl was a very gentle and kind person as well as a hard intelligent worker. I feel honored to have known him. May God Bless and Keep him.

Seldom have I been at a loss for words as I am now. I will always remember the kindness you and Carl extended to me during my tenure in Alcoa's Customer Center. Angela, he was one of the best bosses I ever had, and I am so thankful to have known him.
Even though my memory may fade as time passes by, I know that Carl is in Jehovah God's memory; a memory that will never fade. I look forward to seeing him soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this, the saddest of times for you and yours.

We have been saying many prayers for you over the past weeks. We were so saddened to hear about the loss of Carl. He was absolutely one of the most genuine and kindhearted people we have ever encountered. He was truly a gentleman and carried himself with such grace and dignity.
Angela, Carl's dedication and love for you were so apparent to everyone that you encountered.
And Cameron, your dad was one of those people that you come across rarely in life; a true gentleman whose quiet strength and warm smile were an inspiration for many to try and become better people themselves. Though he was quiet, he ALWAYS had that sparkle in his eye and it would make your day if you could make him laugh. You were his pride and joy and he loved you dearly.
Carl has touched so many lives and will always be remembered as an amazing husband, father, coach and friend who had a smile for everyone he met.
Though you have been far apart in miles in recent years, your family has never left our thoughts or prayers.

Angela, we had dinner together in Memphis about a decade ago...Cameron was just a little tike.
Your Carl was a gentleman...and a gentle man. I loved working with him on issues with Alcoa's customers as I could always count on him for solid and integrity filled advice.
Our lives have been blessed by knowing your husband. He is truly a special individual.
Cameron, I know you don't remember me but my note to you would be to emulate your father. He gave you good bearings and direction...follow them. If you become like him, you will be a blessing to all with whom you make contact.

Angela-I worked with Carl late in 2005 and maybe early 2006. What a blessing for me to work with such a wonderful, humble, soft spoken, caring individual. Last week and early Monday morning, Carl was on my mind a lot. I was reflecting on our work together and how I truly enjoyed working with him. These thoughts brought joy to my soul. What a great witness to me on how he handled his health challenges and himself as a Godly man. I am saddened by him departing at this time. However, I am reminded of our glorious future reunion. May God grant you the fullness of His Holy Spirit and fill you and Cameron with His serenity beyond our understanding. God Bless You Both!
