May God keep and comfort this family through this homegoing of a great woman. I loved her; I loved her great spirit and I will truly miss her. As we sang side by side in the choir at RCBC, I knew that God had created a great lady; Carla. She was truly a Woman of God. God bless Carla, Mina and the whole family. Love, Adrian Mock

Mrs Carla was as most will attest an extrodinary woman a pillar in the community and perspnaly helped me with a few issues as to community and I will say she provided insite and wisdom at atime when I needed it most a time when I didn,t have an ally an as you well know that's the time people touch your heart with the love of God. I've often reflect on that and it still gives me comfort as I gaze towards her house and know she will be missed for her acts of kindness. To the family in this time of grief may your memories bring you comfort

To Carla's Family,
I offer my deepest condolences. My memories of Carla are as classmates at J.S. Clark High School. I last saw Carla in December of 2008 at a dance, and we talked about our days at Clark High. May God keep you all strong during this difficult time.

We will always remember Ms. Carla. She had a presence that is hard to forget. She had her own flow and flare. She loved the Lord and always showed love, compassion and concern for others. We pray strength for the family.

To the children,
Your mother (Ms Carla) was like a second mother to me and she will truly be missed. From my earliest memories, Ms Carla has been a part of my life. Knowing how I feel, I can't imagine how your hearts ache. Our prayers are with you all and you know we are only a phone call away. Just remember, when the tears are gone you will have her sweet memories to keep close to your heart.

I remember Mother mostly as my trusted companion at Maple Manor Nursing Home. She always said that she wanted to help, to give back, to show love. Thank you Lord for Mother Jacob.
