Carroll was an amazing and brilliant man, extraordinarily well educated, articulate, very personable and cared deeply for his family and the Community (Bay St. Louis) that he lived for so many decades, I am going to miss him, his personality and our many, many interesting conversations on so many very important topics regarding family, our love for sailing, politics and our similar careers in America's military industrial complex over the years. God's Speed Carroll and thank you for your friendship! You will be missed! Our deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to all of his beloved family!
