My thoughts and prayers are with you all, thank you for sharing this wonderful lady with all of us for so many years. Mrs. Kay and Mr. Horace were our neighbors years ago, but became so much more to my family and I very quickly. To me, they became my extra set of grandparents. My parents kept my "lock out" key at their house, just knowing that I would need it(often). Not only were they always there for me, but every time I went for help, I was always greeted with hugs and offers of refreshments. So many times, I recall spending time with Mrs. Kay inspired by her craft projects and looking at photos of you all. I am forever grateful for the friendship and love she brought to my family, especially the great friendship she and my mother shared. What a special lady she was, I am terribly sorry for your loss.
