Charles "Chuck" Campbell passed away at his home on September 8, 2016 at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Mary Jo Broussard Campbell. Son of Betty Brister Campbell and the late Harry L. Campbell. Brother of Linda Hayes (the late Thomas), Kathy Aitken and the late Peggy Larkin (A.J.). Brother-in-law of James F. Broussard (Linda), Marie D. Reitmeyer and Joy Morales (Al). He is survived by many dear friends, including Mary Luce, Pamela Wright, Pat Fuenzalida and Bama Patrick, his canine companions, Greta and Lucey, his feline companions, Mimi and Scrabble along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Chuck served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He later became an entrepreneur with a wide variety of talents and skills that included working with computers and bookkeeping. He loved to watch old movies, especially "Top Gun" and enjoyed Country-Western music. He was a loving husband, son, brother and friend to many and his life touched the lives of everyone that he met. I knew Chuck all the way back to elementary school. Boy, if he wasn't a Pecks Bad Boy. Not bad, just an ornery little guy in the innocent mischief of the 50-60's. You could always count on him doing something to make us laugh. It's been so many years.... My sincerest condolences to his family. May God surround you with grace and peace.

I am so sorry that you have lost Chuck.
Words cannot be said of how heart broken I am at the lost of someone who was not only my cousin but was like my brother. Although we have been apart he has always been in my thoughts, heart and soul. All the good times we had and memories we shared will never be forgotten. He is now in heaven with his sister, Uncle, Aunt and sister-cousins.
