Uncle Charles was a very influential person in my life from early on. I have a note from my 3rd grade teacher that said how much I admired him and wanted to be just like him. Through the years he brought all of our family much joy and wonderful tales of his exotic life. He really did have quite the life, it was full and loving to his family and his friends. He LOVED New Orleans and shared it to all of us who weren't fortunate to live there. I was so happy when he came to see me in Palm Springs over the years. I miss his stories and his many friends he introduced me to....Becky, Jean and Jonie, David, Lee, and so many more. He is greatly Loved by so many in the New Orleans area. Uncle Charles was New Orleans. I miss Granny and Granddaddy, Junior, my Mom-Peggy, Jack, and Louise. The old days of us all being together in New Orleans were so full of good times and memories. I Love the Parker family. I am missing him so much and it hurts.
He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends. He was a Great Guy from a little old town in Tennessee who Loved his Family. I miss him dearly.

Charles was a kind, loving, energetic person who knew how to live life!! And what an exciting life he had!
Charles deeply loved his family and friends. He also loved dancing, interior design, the beach and Cadillacs!
It has been my privilege to count him, and his sister Lou, as my dear friends.
He is, and will be, greatly missed.

With sincere condolences and warm memories,

Our Uncle Charles was a legend and we sure will miss him.
He led a wonderful, exciting, and full life. The stories he would tell of his younger days in New York and all the things he got to do. Even as he got older his mind was sharp and never missed a beat. He was always in my children's lives and they will miss him as well. He touched a lot of lives and made the world a fun place.
From all of us we will miss you so much and love you forever and a day. He and Nana are dancing in the heavenly ballroom with family. Thank you Jesus for letting us have a moment in time with Uncle Charles. God Bless the family.
