I am so sorry to hear of Christa's sudden homegoing. I was a roommate with Christa at the New Orleans Children's Institute back in 1999. She was a very sweet girl and I enjoyed meeting her and talking to her about many things. I know she was close to the Lord. Please know I am praying for you with your recent loss and Heaven's gain. I am so very sorry for the loss of your precious daughter. I know in this painful time that no words can bring comfort and the pain is deep.I am familiar with the deep sorrow and suffering from the loss of a child. Our own 22 year old daughter died less than a year ago. Weeping may last for a night but joy comes in the morning. God is in control and there is comfort in knowing where she is. The worries of this life are past and she is with the Father in glory. Just know you are in our prayers and this season of suffering will start to ease as time passes. My son is a paramedic with Acadian Ambulance and knows Couty. We are deeply, deeply upset over this situation. My husband and I have met a lot of these young people our son works with and this has really struck close to home. We also have a 26-yr. old daughter pregnant with her 2nd child and maybe that is why God has really placed such a burden on my heart for your family. I just know that my heart really and truly aches for you more than it has in a long time.
