Clarence "Joe Black" Celestine, Jr. was born on September 5, 1952 and passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Husband of the late Yvonne Norman Celestine. Son of Thelma Celestine and the late Clarence Celestine, Sr. Grandson of the late Charley and Victoria Tillman Welch. Father of Shawn Norman, Tyeast Robinson, Judia Robinson, Kylia Bias and Chelsei Norman. Brother of Carl, (Nicole), Chris Celestine (Barbara), Alfred Welch, Stanford, Lula, Janice Mason, Stanford Matthews, Nicole Scott, Ann Stovall and the late Philip Mason and Elnora Celestine. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Dularge Community Baptist Church from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.
