Demond Brown Obituary

BROWN Demond "Smurf" Brown departed this life on Monday, October 27, 2008. Son of the late Jacqueline Brown. Brother of Donnetta, Delaine, Deon Walter, Arthur and Tyrone Brown all of New Orleans, La. Grandson of the late Mary Lee Brown and Paul Brown, Sr. Nephew of Betty Benton, Abraham Rodgers of Washington, D.C., Oscar Ross of Ruston, La., Paul Brown, Jr. of Panama City, Fl., Jim Brown Of Atlanta, Ga., and O'Kieffe Brown of New Orleans, La. and the late Edward and Stanford Brown both of New Orleans, La. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age 27 years, a native and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St., Gretna, La., on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 11:00a.m. Dr. W.L.T. Littleton officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor. Interment: Holt Cemetery-New Orleans, La. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La.

I am just shocked about "Smurf" passing away,as I think about the last conversation we had and he expressed missing his "mama" just know family GOD is too wise to make a mistake.
