Donald Lynn Milton

Age 52 and a resident of Albany, Donald passed away on Friday, May 16, 2014 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle "Lulu", camping and traveling with family, but most of all, he loved spending time with his three grandchildren. Donald leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Tamara Milton; daughters, Nikole Milton Helbach and husband Michael, Jessica Danielle Milton, along with his grandchildren, Landyn Milton, Tayler and Aubrey Helbach. He is also survived by his parents, Emile and Jane Milton; sister, Charlene Milton Anderson and husband Ricky; father-in-law, McKay Burton, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding Donald in death were his daughter, Ashley René Milton; mother-in-law, René Burton; brother, Greg Milton; niece, Tonya Michelle Hoyt; grand-niece, Laura Michelle Morgan. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, west of Hammond, on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Terry Lobell will officiate the services and interment will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brandon G.
