Doris Cavallo Estopinal, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Lena Antonina Demiceli Cavallo and Thomas Louis Cavallo. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Oliver Francis Estopinal, Jr. Mother of Keith Francis Estopinal (Sharon), Kevin Gerard Estopinal, JoAnn Estopinal Lemoine (Ronald), and Gary James Estopinal (Yvette). Grandmother of Kirk (Melanie), Todd (Jennifer), Keith Jr., and Craig Estopinal; Ronald Lemoine III (Mallory), Jessica Lemoine Jackson (Mason), Claire Estopinal, Mallory Estopinal, and Hannah Estopinal. Great-grandmother of Ayden, Anthony, Rex and Stella Estopinal; Harper Jackson; Vera and Vale Lemoine. Sister of Mary Hebert (late Woodrow), Loretta Weaver (late Noel), Frank Cavallo (late Bernadette), Victor Cavallo (late Pat), the late Lena Richard (late Lawrence), the late Tommy Cavallo (Donna) and the late Rosalie Allemond (late Sidney). Aunt to a much-loved host of nieces and nephews. Doris was a native and life-long resident of Marrero, LA and loved traveling with her beloved husband, spending time with friends and attending the functions of her various clubs. Her biggest pleasure was visiting and doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a very active founding member of PARD Playground, Member of Jefferson Goodtimers Club, Cajun Culture Club, Carnival Capers Carnival Club, various square-dancing groups and the Red Hat Society. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also members of the above named organizations along with members of the Marine Club, Mark Twain Club and Propeller Club, are invited to attend a visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 9am to 12:30pm. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Respectful of current guidelines, all attendees should wear their own mask/face covering and practice distancing.
