Emory Williams Obituary

Emory John ''Mann'' Williams died on Friday, December 31, 2004 at Medical Center of Louisiana. He was 21 years old. Emory was a life long resident of New Orleans and was educated through the New Orleans Public School System. He was a former employee of Vera Cruz Restaurant. He is the beloved son of Angela Williams and Emory Barnes, loving father of Emory John ''Mannie Mann'' Williams, Jr., brother of Emily Danks, Nicole, Prenice, and Alfred Williams. Grandson of Ozell Barnes, Sr. Alvia Williams and the late Elizabeth P. Barnes and Jules Williams, also survived by a host of devoted aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends Relatives and friends of the Barnes and Williams families are invited to attend the funeral services from Duplain W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave. on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Visitation from 8:00 a.m. until service time. Interment Promiseland Cemetery, Dalcour, La. Arrangements by Duplain W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave.
