Dear Mr. Earl,

I was so sorry to hear about Ernestine, I know that you and your family will miss her very much. I always enjoyed seeing the two of you at rehab at Methodist. I hope that you are doing well and taking care of yourself. Know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Love, Nancy
