Eustis Joseph Guillemet, Jr. departed this life on June 8, 2021 at the age of 87. He was the son of the late Eustis and Thelma Guillemet, Sr., brother of the late Clarence Joseph Guillemet, grandson of the late Adrien and Pauline Guillemet and the late Alphonse and Augustine Jackson. He is survived by his sister-in-law Cynthia Morrell Guillemet, nephew Kenneth J. Guillemet (Debbie), niece Crystal Guillemet Williams, 5 great nieces and nephews, and 3 great great nieces and nephews and a host of cousins. All employees of Amtrak Railroad, WBOK Radio, Kaleidoscope, Channel 76, Mercy Endeavors Senior Center, alumni of Xavier Prep High School, Xavier University, Pastors, officers and parishioners of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church and St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1923 St. Philip St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70116 on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Viewing 9:00 a.m. Interment: St. Louis Cemetery No. 3, 3421 Esplanade Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119.
