One of the most ethical banker I ever had the pleasure of meetin and sharing with. Evelio was a fountain of knowledge who with the leadership of Ned Jewett and Roger Richard brought the FNBC's International Division to be one of the best in the South. May he rest in peace along with his wonderful and loving wife.

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Evelio at First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans. He was an outstanding professional and true gentleman. Although many years have passed since we worked together my memories of his excellent work and great contribution to the positive atmosphere and success of our international banking department remain vivid. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family.

A very nice man. I enjoyed working with him at Algerian Bank in New Orleans.
Bob Stone, or as he called me "Roberto Piedra".
