Mrs. Julie, Mark and Timmy,
I heard from my Mom this morning that Mr. Francis had passed away. Immediately my mind filled with so many great memories of growing up down the street from y'all. I know he'll be watching the Saints win the Super Bowl from heaven.

I was so sorry to hear of Francis' passing. I worked with Francis at Volkswagen of America for four years back in 1972. I was 18 years old at the time. I can't tell you how many times he and Rodney had me laughing so hard that tears were running down my face. To this day, I carry fond and happy memories of Francis in my heart.

I HEARD OF FRANCIS' DEATH JUST TODAY. BARBARA, MY EX-WIFE TOLD ME WHILE WE WERE TOGETHER AT OUR GRANDSONS 8th GRADE GRADUATION. IT SADDENED ME TO HEAR THIS BAD NEWS. Julie and familly, We were so sorry to hear of Francis' passing. You were such a great couple, and we enjoyed our times spent with you. Never a dull moment with you guys, so much laughing as Francis kept the jokes comming! He will be missed. Julie, Betty & I are so sorry about Francis. We found out from Dottie and it is very hard to believe. WE still cheerish the good fun times we had in school and garage King Cake parties. It seems like only yesterday we were pulling our pranks. We will remember you & Francis in our prayers. We are still in Calf. at this time, but please know we suffer your grtef. He has been a very good friend. I really regret we didn't get together more in the past few years. We really enjoyed the last dance in Met. when we found you guys there.

I just heard of Francis. We were in the Naval Reserve together and partied in Japan. It is a shame that we did not see each other more. My prayers are with the family.

In my short stay here at Lexington Insurance as a CAT team examiner I have had the opportunity to make many new friends from parts of the country I never would have previously considered through the tragedy of the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons. Now this has been extended through the tragedy of Francis' illness and death. Although I have not met or spoken to Francis or Julie, the warmth and respect extended whenever your names have been mentioned signifies that you are truly special people. My prayers go out to Francis and his family. May he rest in peace.

I worked with Francis for about 5 years. I wish I had known him longer. He was a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor. I will miss him. My condolences to Julie and her family.

The news this morning of Francis' death was startling. We have lost a good friend. I doubt we would have hung around the Saints games for all those years without Francis and his family being there to console us after all those loses. God bless to him and all his family. He will be missed by us all.

Have been knowing Frank since 1963, when introduced by his great brother Mac. I initially called him Frank out of humor, it stuck. Will remember you for only two weeks after.....forever.

Aunt Julie, words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Uncle Francis was an amazing man and will be missed terribly. I think my fondest memories of him come from the trip to Florida. The time spent with you opened up my eyes to a whole new side of your personalities, which I might add, was not expected. (This is said with a smile and chuckle.)
