I met Mr. Francis when I started at St. Matthew the Apostle Church. He would come in to have Masses said for his wife Earlyne. I wondered where he was this past November. Now I see, sadly that he passed in June of 2024. What a dear man. I remember how fondly he spoke of his wife and how lost he felt when she suddenly passed in the night. I looked forward to seeing him and he always had his military cap on. We are grateful for his service. I am sure he and his lovely wife are shining their love down on their children together in Heaven. God Bless them both.

Francis was my friend, a very important person in my life. Sitting down and talking to Francis was a treat! He always had very interesting stories about New Orleans and his friends and family. Stories many times about his dad and the police horses. He enjoyed meeting friends who had also served us in the war. They shared a meal and friendship. Loved Francis and those of his family I met. Bless you, my friend!

Mr. Frank was one of my favorite visitors to the Ford dealership for many years. He was most interesting and shared his vast knowledge of the history of the electrical industry, and his military service. He had a good heart and was a great friend to a Viet Nam Vet who I knew suffered with PTSD. I sure do miss him as he was one of the nicest people I had the honor to call friend.

Francis will be missed here at Delimon lower pontalba. He was so friendly, very witty, and always so interesting. Enjoyed socializing in his usual spot in our lobby next to our condo. My husband, Bobby, would love to sit and talk with him there, along with Jim and Emile. Those were the days! Mr Francis, rip with our God who is awesome, and so were you! Your life was amazing.
