So very sorry to read of Frank's passing. As children we spent a lot of time with Aunt Edith and Uncle Frank with their children. Frank's picture is the living image of my dad, Peter Thomas Lipps. I just can't stop looking at it. This is a sad situation where a family like ours was sadly displaced from an important time in our life. I know you had a wonderful life Beverly with Frank and your children. I feel sure that it was Frank that stopped in my office in Algiers at the Navy Legal Service Office. I retired from there after 32 years. I believe Frank was a Master Sergeant in the Army, retired. I always wanted to look you guys up but failed to do so. I worked for Frank at the time of my accident at Dupont in 1991. His honest concern for my well being after my accident helped me greatly get through all my surgeries in the burn unit. He was not only my boss, he was truly a friend and for that I will and have always respected him for that. I'LL MIS YOU OLD FRIEND. GOD BLESS.

Frank was a very special person and will be remembered by many. My deepest condolences go out to the entire Lipps family. I worked with Frank at DuPont in LaPlace/Reserve for 34 plus years and have very fond and sometimes mischievous memories of times on shift as well as days throughout our careers together at DuPont. Frank was very friendly, thoughtful, and caring of others. God bless you Frank.

I met Mr. Lipps at a funeral last year (New Beginnings on Range Road)-his fellowship was a blessing. I also remember one or two of the children when I was a substitute teacher in 1984. May God comfort you during this time!

Frank was a very good man, and like the obituary said, he never met a stranger. He worked with my dad at Dupont for many years, and I will always cherish the time I use to see him around town, and both of us talking up a storm...A very good family friend that will be deeply missed .
