Miss Gail was the best!
For years she took care of "Team Frank" during Mardi Gras with our same-day service request at Faber.
She never disappointed, and she would always greet us with warmth and the biggest smile. We enjoyed visiting with her and she was always good for a few laughs.
We were saddened when we learned that she had retired a few years ago. She had become a part of our yearly tradition. We are more saddened to learn of her passing.
Our deepest sympathies to her family, friends and colleagues. May you find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Miss Gail was the epitome of love and light.
Godspeed to you, Ma´am.

I do not know Gail Davis-Stevenson but one thing is sure. She lived in New Orleans East for over, I guess maybe 50+ years (give or take). Three of her wonderful grandchildren who grew up with my 3 children on the same street spent numerous days afterschool playing with my kids.
They had the utmost respect for me and my mother also. Shorten my words, in a nutshell. She had to be a truly wonderful woman, because I saw the respect and love she gave and taught them in their behaviors. Blessings to the entire family and my prayers are with you all!!
