Jerry would always visit me at my house. We would enjoy talking about old times. We would laugh and act silly together. We were very close like ' brother & sister'. Jerry loved the New Orleans Saints, I remember he would always watch the games. I alos remember Jerry loved to eat the Gumbo, I cooked for him. He really enjoyed it. I'm happy that I have many good pictures of Jerry. He always would wear his favorite purple shirts. he was a sweet & decent guy who had a big heart & was always smiling. It's hard for me to loose such a good friend who I relyed on also. I thank Jerry for bringing me to any place. I needed to go. I'm glad I got to see him for the last time at East Jefferson Hospital. Jerry was happy & surprised to see me. I'm glad we got to say we love each other like brother & sister and we both have no regrets before he passed. I know he is in a better place with no more suffering. My condolences, prayers & thoughts are with you and your family. Jerry 's memories will always be in my mind. I will never forget Jerry as he was a special guy! I love you brother Jerry
